Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Built From Nothing Co., every piece is created with intention and small-batch production. Because of this, we do our best to ensure every order is correct before it leaves our hands.
Please review our return policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be in original condition
Have no signs of wear, washing, or damage
Include original packaging when possible
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit or exchange.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
We’re happy to help with exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is still in original condition.
Because our collections are produced in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to availability of inventory.
If the requested size is unavailable, we will provide store credit.
Presale & Limited Drops
Many Built From Nothing products are produced through limited presale runs.
Because these items are made specifically for each drop, presale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. Size exchanges may be accommodated if inventory is available.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
